Intermediate level course! In this weekend workshop, students will work to weave beautiful baskets, perfect for collecting mail, treasures, or woolly winter mittens. Students will learn to construct a traditional basket with an oval base, rounded or sharp angled upsets, a choice of side weave and a handle to hang with. Participants can expect to finish the class with a beautiful and sturdy basket.

This is an intermediate course, prior willow weaving experience necessary. Willow can be a challenge to work with, and physically engaging, this class may be difficult for a person with hand issues. This class includes an hour lunch break.
